My Go-To Morning oats

Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. Having a good breakfast just makes my day start off the right way!
I've discovered a few recipes that are yummy and healthy throughout my fitness journey. If I do say so myself, I've gotten pretty good at making my morning oats...
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of water
- 1 cup of oats
- A bit of cinnamon powder
- 4-8 stevia drops
Toppings:
- 3/4 cup of strawberries
-3/4 cup of blueberries
- 1 tbs of hazelnut spread (no sugar).
- (We can add whatever we'd like, these are just my favorite toppings).
Prep:
-A small cooking pot.
- On medium heat.
- Time: 6-8 min.
Oats can be a lifesaver for us on our fitness journey. I've discovered that they have so many benefits!
They are nutritious, rich in antioxidants, contain powerful fiber, can lower cholesterol levels, improve blood sugar, help stay satisfied longer, maintain digestive health & enhance immune response to diseases.
Definitely one of my fav recipes!!
