Healthy Chocolate Oats

I personally have a big sweet tooth...
So I'm always looking for new recipes that can satisfy my cravings but at the same time continue to nourish my body.
These oats are perfect for that but I will say, this recipe can be very sweet!
That's why I prefer to eat them for dessert!!
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups of water
- 1 Cup of Oats
- 2 Tbsp of Cacao powder
- 2 Tbsp of Maple syrup (no sugar)
- 1 tsp of Cinnamon powder
- 4- 8 drops of Stevia
Toppings:
- Blueberries
- Strawberries
- Shredded Coconut
Prep:
-A small cooking pot.
- On medium heat.
- Time: 6-8 min.
- Add all ingredients to the pot and constantly stir.
Thank me later for this recipe! Lol, but seriously it's soooo good.
Oats have so many benefits for our health,
They are nutritious, rich in antioxidants, contain powerful fiber, can lower cholesterol levels, improve blood sugar, help stay satisfied longer, maintain digestive health & enhance immune response to diseases.
