My post work out protein smoothie

I have to say, I think I've mastered my protein shake...
I'm obviously a big fan of chocolate!
In the future I will have to change up the recipe for when I'm not in a chocolate mood.
But for now, I'm obsessed!!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup of Sugar free almond milk
- 1 banana (preferably frozen)
- 1 scoop of chocolate protein (I use the brand Habits)
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter
- 1 tsp of chia seeds

Here's a picture of the ingredients I use.
Just to make it easier!
Prep:
-Put all of the ingredients in the blender, and that's it!
- Enjoy in less then 5 minutes.

And enjoy it!!
I sometimes add 1 cup of oats to my protein shake, but recently I've been eating oats as a snack later in the day, so I stopped adding them.
But I recommend to add oats if we're looking for a little extra fiber or a thicker texture to our shake.
I think this protein shake is as simple as it can get!
Simple, yummy & nutritious!
