Finding the best workouts for each of us:



The beautiful thing about fitness and exercising is that there are so many options for us to choose from. It's important to keep in mind that we don't have to enjoy the same exercises or workouts that maybe those around us do. We should find what's best for each of us.





 

Weight lifting

Some times we might think that staying "fit" is going to the gym. And we could even fall into the mindset of having to go to the gym, even If we don't enjoy it.


I think it's important to always enjoy what we do. At the end of the day fitness and taking care of our bodies should be something we enjoy.


I personally enjoy weight lifting (Gym).


I think I mostly enjoy the results It has given my body.


Now that I have knowledge behind this sport I feel pretty confident about practicing it.


I'm definitely not an expert, but I have to give myself credit for what I have accomplished with what I've learned.


I will say, it's not easy. The secret is staying consistent. That applies for every activity I believe.


It's important I express that staying "fit" doesn't only mean going to the gym. There are so many activities to choose from...


 

Spinning classes

For me spinning classes we're a perfect way to add cardio into my workout routine.


I usually go on runs for cardio but sometimes our workout routine can become a bit repetitive.

Which can cause us to not feel as motivated.


And that only makes the process harder, I think.


So I would definitely recommend spinning classes for those who need to do a bit more cardio or just want to switch up the workout routine.


I used to underestimate these classes, but the truth is, they're a complete workout!


Trying different workout classes can be perfect to stay motivated.


 

Running

I've found so much value in running.


Running hasn't only helped me gain endurance but it has also given me time to enjoy myself.


I've also learned about all the health benefits that comes with running.


I mostly run 3-4 times a week based on my fitness goals. But that could change for others.


One of the most important qualities I've gained through running is training my mind to not give up. It's not always easy.


I think it's important we train our minds to finish what we said we were going to finish. Without any excuses.


That mindset will begin to apply in other areas of our live's. Trust me.

 

Fitness is a way of living.


The exercises/workouts I mentioned are one's I've discovered and have worked for me.


But I know that there are so many out there! So it's just a matter of looking for the one's that are best for us. ;)
