How to stay consistent:
Starting something new can seem like the hardest part but I truly believe that staying consistent can be trickier.
There's always days that we wake up feeling more motivated than others, but that's where consistency steps in.
I don't think it's easy but definitely possible.

Enjoy it
I've realized that life in general can be much more smoother when we enjoy it.
So if we're thinking about starting a fitness activity it's important we find one that we truly enjoy.
We don't have to only focus on the results we're looking to achieve, the way we're going to achieve them is just as important.
If we want to continue to do it, of course.
I personally discovered that I enjoy going to the gym to exercise my body.
But that doesn't mean that everyone will find joy in going to the gym.
So whatever activity we enjoy most, is perfect.
This makes staying consistent much easier.
This doesn't only apply to fitness, it applies to the major we study, our job, our relationships, etc.
It's a mindset I believe we should have for everything. It'll make life much more smoother!!
Make it a Lifestyle
Once we incorporate whatever we're trying to stay consistent at, into our daily lives than it makes it much easier!
We just start to see it as part of our life.
We don't even acknowledge that it's separate from our daily routine.
I personally think that this way we're able to trick our brains.
By not seeing it as a "chore" having to consistently do, but instead seeing it as our daily routine that we enjoy doing.
I focused this mindset towards fitness.
It became a part of my daily routine. When it came to eating healthy, working out, running, etc.
And suddenly, I can't imagine a day without fitness.
I realized it became a lifestyle for me.
Which I truly love and enjoy.
Fitness has given me so much, not only physically but with my mental health as well.
That's why I decided to start this blog. ;)
