Feeling our very best:


I like to call it intuition, others might have different terms. But that little voice inside of us that isn't really a voice, more of a feeling. Well it knows what's best for us. Let's listen to it.

 

Listening to our inner-selves

As humans wer'e mostly taught to think and use our minds.


Which isn't a bad thing, but in my opinion our minds have been intoxicated with the outer world.


Every time I made decisions based on what I thought was best, what I thought was right, or what I thought was easiest, things usually didn't turn out how I expected.

I always ended up with a negative feeling.


It was hard to understand why I felt this way.

 

Until finally I started to notice when I felt my best. And strived to keep feeling like that.


This good feeling started with fitness.

Exercising is chemically proven to make us feel better.


I've never felt bad after finishing a workout.


My point is, we need to start listening to our inner-selves.

Start noticing when we feel our best.


I believe that it's our intuition guiding us through life.

 

This applies in every aspect of life.


I feel my best when I nourish my body, when I exercise my body, when I move my body.


I feel my best when I make decisions for myself, when I focus during classes, when I'm around the people I love.


There are so many more examples I could give.


We just have to listen to ourselves and start to acknowledge when we feel our best.

And keeping doing that. ;)
