What supplements should we take?

Once again, I've said this before, just because something works for somebody else, doesn't always mean it will work out for us. We have to remember that we all have different genetics, histories & lifestyles.
That's why I think it's important for each of us to try things out for ourselves so we truly know what works for us.
Especially when it comes to supplements.
I will share what has worked for me, hoping this works as guidance.
Especially for those who have no knowledge about supplements.
Protein Powder
It took me awhile to discover the right protein for me.
Sometimes I even felt overwhelmed looking for protein powders, since there are so many brands with different health benefits.
After trying a few different brands I was finally able to find a protein powder for me.
I would recommend to first discover what our fitness goals are and that way we can use the protein powder to our advantage.
My go-to at the moment is the "Whey Isolate Protein" from the brand Bloom Nutrition.
This protein has 22g of protein, No sugar added, and digestive enzymes.
**Digestive enzymes are for nutrient absorption and they help optimize fitness results.
I've only tried the Vanilla flavor so far, and it's really good!!
I would definitely recommend this protein powder, it's the one that has worked best for me.
But once again we should all do our own research.

Greens & Superfoods
I decided to try out the greens & superfoods after a few months of seeing it pop up on my TikTok quit a bit. (I know I was a victim of social media marketing, LOL).
Before ordering this product I did some research on it, to understand 100% it's health benefits.
And I made sure those health benefits we're aligned with my fitness goals.
From my understanding, it's a quick way to nourish our bodies with fruits, vegetables & probiotics.
It's also supposed to help to decrease bloating, gut health, immunity & natural energy levels.
I take 1 scoop every morning with 8oz of water aprox. I do this before having breakfast.
I think the flavor isn't bad but I will say it get's harder to drink after a couple sips.
Other than that I'm very pleased with this supplement. I've definitely felt a difference with my body.
I would recommend this product. Especially for those who want a quick and easy way to nourish their bodies.

I'm feeling really good about the supplements I'm taking at the moment.
I think the important thing is, for us to listen to our bodies to discover what works best for us.
And Investigating or asking our experts for help, is the first step in my opinion.
Knowledge is power, we can never stop learning. ;)
